We are a "50+ seniors only" mobile home park with monthly lot rentals starting at just $400 , including sewer, water, garbage and lawn mowing.  This is a beautiful Park, and is extremely well maintained. The  cabana by the Lake provides a beautiful evening sky almost every evening. The outdoor kitchen at the pool area lets you enjoy the pool in shade and cool comfort,  Pavillion picnic area by the water, and a fence dog run for our pet lovers. Pets under 25 lbs are allowed, 2 per household.
